AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 249 (Schmitt Wood
Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the Districts there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 249 (Schmitt Wood Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 249
(Schmitt Wood Court) shall be as follows:

SCHMITTWOOD COURT
Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost corner of
Lot 4 in Staub Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 49 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the
southeast line of said Lot 4 to the easternmost corner thereof;
thence northwestwardly along the northeast lines of Lots 4, 3 and
2 in said Staub Subdivision to the northernmost corner of said Lot
2 ;thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 2
to the northeast corner of Lot 1 in said Staub Subdivision; thence
southwestwardly, northwestwardly and southwestwardly along the
northwest, northeast and northwest lines of said Lot 1 to the
westernmost corner of said Lot 1, said point also being the
northernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by Edward J.
and Irene M. Dunkmann as recorded in Deed Book 3803, page 307 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along the
northwest line of said Dunkmann property to the westernmost corner
thereof, said point also being the northernmost corner of Indian
Hills No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 74, page 50 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of
said Indian Hills No.3 to the southernmost corner of property now
or formerly owned by Wilford A. and Ruby H. Thurman as recorded in
Deed Book 3546, page 376 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Thurman property
to the easternmost corner thereof in the southwest line of
Schmittwood Court (50 feet wide); thence northeastwardly along a
straight line across said Schmittwood Court to the point of
beginning.
