AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri to be known as Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Ave.
Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 257 (Rayburn Ave. Subtrunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 257
(Rayburn Ave. Subtrunk) shall be as follows:

RAYBURN AVENUE SUBTRUNK
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Tolstoi Street with the centerline of Rayburn
Avenue; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Rayburn
Avenue to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the
east line of Windward Ridge Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book
84, page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly
along said prolongation and along the east line of said
subdivision to the southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly
along the southern line of said Windward Ridge and its
prolongation westwardly to the centerline of Windward Ridge Drive;
thence southwardly along the centerline of said Windward Ridge
Drive to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the
south line of Block 5 in Sunset Manor as recorded in Plat Book 23,
page 18 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
said prolongation and along the south line of said Block 5 to the
southwest corner of Lot 11 in said Block 5; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Lot 11 to the northwest corner
thereof; thence northwardly in a straight line across Deane Court,
(50 feet wide) to the southeast corner of Lot 39 in Block 6 in
said sunset Manor; thence northwardly along the east line of said
Lot 39 to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along
the north line of lots 39 thru 48 in said Block 6 to the northwest
corner of said Lot 48; thence westwardly along a straight line
across Lynwood Place to the northeast corner of Lot 28 in Block 3

in Said Sunset Manor; thence westwardly along the north line of
Lot 28 thru 48 in said Block 3 to the northwest corner of said Lot
48 which is also the southwest corner of Lot 7 in said Block 3;
thence northwardly along the west line of said Lot 7 and its
prolongation northwardly to the centerline of Monica Drive; thence
westwardly along the centerline of Monica Drive to the centerline
of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the eastern
prolongation of the south line of property now or formerly owned
by Triangle Facilities, Inc. as recorded in Deed Book 4916, Page 7
of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly also said
prolongation and along the south line of said Triangle Facilities,
Inc. property to the southwest corner thereof; thence northwardly
along the west line of said property and its prolongation
northwardly to the southern line of property now or formerly owned
by Alvin Siteman, Inc. as recorded in Deed Book 2516, page 623 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the southern
line of said Siteman property to the southwest corner thereof;
thence northwardly along the west line of said Siteman property to
the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Siteman property and its prolongation eastwardly to
the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along
the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the centerline of
Aldridge Street; thence eastwardly along the centerline of
Aldridge Street to its intersection with the southern prolongation

of the west line of Lot 44 in Block 6 of Meacham Park as recorded
in Plat Book 3, Page 33 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
Lots 44 and 13 in said Block 6 and along the northern prolongation
of said west line to the centerline of Electric Street; thence
westwardly along the centerline of Electric Street to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 47 in Block 5 of said Meacham Park; thence northwardly along
said prolongation and along the west line of Lots 47 and 10 in
said Block 5 and continuing along the northern prolongation of
said west line to the centerline of Alsobrook Street; thence
westwardly along the centerline of said Alsobrook Street to the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the centerline of Saratoga
Street; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Saratoga Street
to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the west
line of Lot 48 in Block 3 of said Meacham Park; thence northwardly
along said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 48 to
the northwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north
line of Lots 48 and 47 in said Block 3 to the northeast corner of
said Lot 47; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 47
to the southeast corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south
line of Lots 46 and 45 in said Block 3 to the southeast corner of
said Lot 45; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 45
to the northeast corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the north

line of Lots 44, 43, 42, 41 and 40 in said Block 3 to the
northeast corner of said Lot 40; thence southwardly along the east
line of said Lot 40 to the southeast corer thereof; thence
southwardly along a straight line, across Saratoga Street, to the
northwest corner of Lot 18 in Block 4 of said Meacham Park; thence
southwardly along the west line of said Lot 18 to the southwest
corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south line of Lots 18,
19 and 20 in said Block 4 to the southeast corner of said Lot 20;
thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 20 and its
prolongation northwardly to the centerline of Saratoga Street;
thence eastwardly along the centerline of Saratoga Street to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of
Lot 7 in Block 15 of said Meacham Park; thence southwardly along
said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 7 to the
southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south line
of Lots 7 thru 27 in said Block 15 and continuing along the
eastern prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Milwaukee Street; thence northwardly along the centerline of
Milwaukee Street to its intersection with the western prolongation
of the south line of Lot 1 in Block 25 of said Meacham Park;
thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the south line
of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in said Block 25 to the southeast corner of
said Lot 4; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 4
and its prolongation northwardly to the centerline of Meacham
Street; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Meacham

Street to its intersection with the southern prolongation of west
line of Lot 47 in Block 24 of said Meacham Park; thence
northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
said Lot 47 to the northwest corner thereof, said point also being
the southwest corner of Lot 2 in said Block 24; thence eastwardly
and northwardly along the south and east lines of said Lot 2 and
continuing along the northern prolongation of said east line of
Lot 2 to the centerline of New York Street; thence eastwardly
along the centerline of New York Street to its intersection with
the southern prolongation of the east line of Lot 46 in Block 23
of said Meacham Park; thence northwardly along said prolongation
and along the east line of said Lot 46 to the northeast corner
thereof, which is also the southeast corner of Lot 3 in said Block
23; thence westwardly and northwardly along the south and west
lines of said Lot 3 in Block 23 and continuing along the northern
prolongation of said west line of Lot 3 to the centerline of
Attucks Street; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Attucks
Street to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the
east line of Lot 9 in Block 34 of said Meacham Park ;thence
southwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of
Lots 9 and 36 in said Block 34 and continuing along the southern
prolongation of said east line to the centerline of New York
Street; thence eastwardly along the centerline of New York Street
to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the west
line of Lot 11 in Block 35 of said Meacham Park; thence

southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
said Lot 11 to the southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly
along the south line of Lots 11 thru 22 in said Block 35 and along
the eastern prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Tolstoi Street; thence southwardly along the centerline of said
Tolstoi Street to the centerline of Rayburn Avenue, the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 1965.
