HomeMy Public PortalAbout01319 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1319 AN ORDINANCE, establish a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 264 (Robertson) of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 264 (Robertson). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 2.64 (Robertson) shall be as follows: 2 ROBERTSON Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Fee Fee Road with the northwestern prolongation of the northeast line of Block 9 of Fairmount Park as recorded in Plat Book 3, pages 28 and 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northeast line of said Block 9 to the easternmost corner of Lot 37 in said Block 9; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 37 and its prolongation southwestwardly to the centerline of Summit Avenue; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of Summit Avenue to the centerline of Florence Avenue; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Florence Avenue to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the northeast line of Lot 37 in Block 8 of said Fairmount Park; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northeast line of Lots 37 thru 63 in said Block 8 to the easternmost corner of said Lot 63; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 63 to the westernmost corner of Lot 3 in said Block 8; thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 3 and its prolongation southeastwardly to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 43 in Block 2 of said Fairmount Park; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and 3 along the southwest lines of Lots 43 thru 77 in said Block 2 and continuing along the southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of said Lot 77, across Glencoe Avenue, to the northern Right- of-Way line of the Norfolk and Western Railroad (formerly Wabash Railroad); thence in a general westerly direction along the northern Right-of-Way line of said Railroad, across Lindbergh Boulevard, to said Right-of-Way lines intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the northwest line of Lot 18 in Block 4 of Anglum Park as recorded in Plat Book 28, page 33 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northwest line of Lots 18 thru 29 in said Block 4 of glum Park to the northernmost corner of said Lot 29, said point also being the easternmost corner of Lot 6 in said Block 4; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 6 and its prolongation northwestwardly to the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by the School District of Scudder as recorded in Deed Book 4020, page 279 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line Of said School District property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along a straight line across Hall avenue to the westernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by Zeolar Kent as recorded in Deed Book 4595, page 383 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Kent property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 125 feet northeast of the northeast line of Hall Avenue; 4 thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to the northwest line of Block 14 in aforesaid Fairmount Park; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Block 14 to its intersection with a line parallel with and 125 feet southwest of the southwest line of Woodlawn Avenue; thence northwestwardly along said parallel line and its prolongation northwestwardly to the centerline of Fee Fee Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said Fee Fee Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 1965.
