AN ORDINANCE transferring an unencumbered balance of
$45,832.00 of an existing appropriation of moneys received from
the former Ferguson Sewer District, held in and appropriated from
the Improvement Fund, to the General Fund; reappropriating the
same sum from the General Fund to be used for construction of a
relief sanitary trunk sewer in an area North of Maline Creek
between Paul and Blackburn Avenues formerly in the Ferguson Sewer
District; and appropriating $16,968.00 in addition from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to be used for the same
purpose.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. An unencumbered balance of Forty-five
Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-two Dollars ($45,832.00) of an
existing appropriation of moneys received from the former Ferguson
Sewer District, held in and appropriated from the Improvement
Fund, is hereby transferred to the General Fund and reappropriated
from the General Fund to be used for construction of a relief
sanitary trunk sewer in an area North of Maline Creek between Paul
and Blackburn Avenues formerly in the Ferguson Sewn District.
Section Two. The additional sum of Sixteen Thousand
Nine Hundred Sixty-eight Dollars ($16,968.00) is hereby
appropriated from the unencumbered surplus of the General Fund to
be used for the same purpose as that named in Section One.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
