AN ORDINANCE appropriating Fifty-five Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars and 59 Cents ($55,325.59) from the
Improvement Fund to be used for the purchase of special tax bills
issued under Ordinance No. 1307 for the improvement in Subdistrict
No. 153 (Frost Avenue) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-five Thousand Three
Hundred Twenty-five Dollars and 59 Cents ($55,325.59) is hereby
appropriated from the Improvement Fund to be used for the purchase
of special tax bill issued under Ordinance No. 1037 for the
improvement in Subdistrict No. 153 (Frost Avenue) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 1965.
