O R D I N A N C E NO. 1329
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 258 (Peach Tree
Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 258 (Peach Tree Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 258
(Peach Tree Court) shall be as follows:
PEACH TREE COURT
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Gravois Road with the centerline of Eddie and Park
Road; thence northwestwardly and westwardly along the centerline
of said Eddie and Park Road to its intersection with the northern
prolongation of the western line of Lot 13 in Grantwood Terrace
Number Two as recorded in Plat Book 55, page 27 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and
continuing along the western line of Lots 13 thru 10 in said
subdivision to the southwesternmost corner of said Lot 10; thence
southwardly along the southern prolongation of the western line of
said Lot 10 to its intersection with a line parallel to and 200
feet north of the centerline of Gravois Road, said 200 feet being
measured at right angles to said centerline; thence
southwestwardly along said parallel line a distance of 400 feet to
a point; thence southwardly along a line at right angles to the
centerline of said Gravois Road, a distance of two hundred feet,
to the centerline of Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along
the centerline of said Gravois Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1965.
