AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
742, adopted May 7, 1962, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 198 (Twill Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY BOARD OF TRUSTEES THE METROPOLITAN
ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 742, adopted May 7, 1962,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 198 (Twill Court), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, an area described as follows:
A tract of land conveyed to the School District of
Riverview Gardens, a public corporation by deed recorded in Deed
Book 3952, page 387 of the St. Louis County Records, for the
reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property would
not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two said Ordinance No. 742 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 198
shall be as follows:
WILL COURT
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of a
tract of land now or formerly owned by Florian J. Wieser, as
recorded in Deed Book 2934 on page 559 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said Wieser
property to a point, said point being the intersection of the
eastward prolongation of the north line of Lot 85 of Hathaway
Meadows No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 61 on page 8 of the St.
Louis County Records, with the east line of said Wieser property;
thence westwardly along said prolongation to the northeasternmost
corner of said Lot 85 of Hathaway Meadows No. 2; thence westwardly
along the north line of Lot 85 of said subdivision a distance of
30 feet to a point; thence northwardly along the east line of Lot
85 of Hathaway Meadows Plat No. 2 a distance of 17.12 feet to the
southeast corner of Hathaway Meadows Subdivision, as recorded in
Plat Book 60 on page 6 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the east line of said subdivision to the
southwest corner of Lot 6 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly
along the south line of Lots 6, 5 and 4 in said subdivision to the
southeast corner of said Lot 4; thence northeastwardly across U.S.
Highway No. 67 (200' wide) (formerly State Highway No. 99) to a
point, said point being the southwest corner of the property now
or formerly owned by the School District of Riverview Gardens, a
Public Corporation, as described in Deed Book 3952 on page 387 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the south
line of said School property 150 feet to the southeast corner of
said School property, said point being on the west line of a tract
of land now or formerly owned by the School District of Riverview
Gardens, as recorded in Deed Book 3255 on page 565 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line of
said School District's property to the north line of Twillman
Homesites, as recorded in Plat Book 46 on page 38 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said
subdivision to the northwest corner of a tract of land now or
formerly owned by Charles H. Sills and Ruth Sills, his wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 3097 on page 89 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said Sills
property to a point, said point being 271.03 feet north of the
southwest corner of said Sills property; thence eastwardly and
parallel with the south line of said Sills property to the east
line of said property; thence southwardly along the east line of
said Sills property to the northeast corner of a tract of land now
or formerly owned by Christine Rebello, as recorded in Deed Book
2410 on page 52 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along the north line of said Rebel lo property to a point, said
point being 160.72 feet west of the northeast corner of said
Rebello property; thence southwardly and parallel with the east
line of said Rebello property to the north line of the St. Louis
Belt and Terminal Railroad Right-of-Way (100' wide) as recorded in
Deed Book 129 on page 603 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the north line of said railroad right-of-way to a
point, said point being the intersection of the southern
prolongation of the east property line of Lot 6 of said Twillman
Homesites with the north line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal
Railroad Right-of-Way; thence northwardly along said prolongation
of the east line of said Lot 6 of Twillman Homesites to the
southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence westwardly along the south
line of Lot 6 thru 3 in said subdivision to the southwest corner
of said Lot 3 of Twillman Homesites, said corner being 150 feet
east of the east line of U.S. Highway No. 67; thence southwardly
and parallel with the east line of U.S. Highway No. 67 (200' wide)
to the north line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad
Right-of-Way; thence westwardly along the north line of said
property to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1965.
