AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by instrument recorded in Book
5071 page 163 of the St. Louis County Records and lying in Lot 38,
of the Subdivision of the Mackenzie Tract, Survey 1953, T44N, R6E,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 10, 1965.
