AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County,Missouri to be known as Subdistrict No. 234 (Salzman and
North Market) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 234 (Salzman and North Market).
Section Two. The boudnaries of Subdistrict No. 234
(Salzman and North Market) shall be as follows:

SALZMAN AND NORTH MARKET
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of North Market Street (30 feet wide) with the
northwestern R.O.W. line of the St. Louis Belt and Terminal
Railroad, thence in a northwesterly direction along the centerline
of North Market Street, to its intersection with the southwestward
prolongation of the line between Lots 8 and 9 of Block 5 of Glen
Echo Heights Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 67 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence in a northeasterrly direction
along said prolongation and along said lot line between Lots 8 and
9 of said Block 5 and along said line across Mount Avenue, fifty
feet (50') wide, and continuing along the lot line between Lots 26
and 27 of Block 6 of said subdivision and the northeastward
prolongation of said line across the northwest-southeast alley,
fifteen feet (15') wide, to the westwardly corner of Lot 8 of said
Block, thence in a northwestwardly direction along the northeast
line of said alley. to the intersection of said northeast line and
the lot line between Lots 11 and 12 of said Block 6; thence in a
northeasterly direction along the lot line between Lots 11 and 12
of said block and the northeastward prolongation of said lot line
across Leschen Street fifty feet (50) wide, to a point at the
southeasterly corner of Lot 23 of Block 7 of said subdivision,
thence in a northeasterly direction along the southeastern line of
said Lot 23 and said line produced northeastwardly across the

northwest-southeast alleys fifteen feet (15') wide, in said Block
7 to the northeast line of said alley, thence northwestwardly
along said northeast line to the western most corner of Lot 17 of
said Block 7, thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of
said Lot 17 and its prolongation to its intersection with the
centerline of Curtis Avenue, fifty feet (50') wide; thence
northwestwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the
centerline of Lucas & Hunt Road, sixty feet (60') wide; thence
southwardly along the centerline of said Lucas and Hunt Road to
the centerline of St. Charles Rock Road; thence southeastwardly
along the centerline of said St. Charles Rock Road to its
intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the northwest
R.O.W. line of said St. Louis Belt and Terminal Railroad; thence
northeastwardly along said prolongation and along said northwest
R.O.W. line to the centerline of North Market Street, to the point
of beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1965.
