HomeMy Public PortalAbout01340 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1340 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 265 (Hanley and Eager) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 265 (Hanley and Eager). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 265 (Hanley and Eager) shall be as follows: HANLEY AND EAGER Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Eager Road (50 feet wide) with the centerline of Hanley Road (50 feet wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of Hanley Road to its intersection with the northeast right-of-way line of the St. Louis Terminal Railroad (100 feet wide); thence northwestwardly and northwardly along the northeast and east line of said St. Louis Terminal Railroad to its intersection with the centerline of Eager Road (50 feet wide); thence eastwardly along the centerline of said Eager Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1965
