AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the easement of varying width over the
western part of Lot 1, St. George Court Subdivision, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 66 page 6 of the St. Louis County
Records, which vacated portion is further described as being the
eastern 4 feet of aforesaid easement, excepting therefrom the
northern 30 feet and the southern 20 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1965
