AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
the City of Glendale, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no necessity for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the easement ten (10) feet wide over
the southern ten (10) feet of Lot 19, Glen Ridge, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 34, page 24 of the St. Louis County Records, such
easement being further described in instrument recorded in Book
1770, page 531 of the St. Louis County Records, which vacated
portion is described as being the northern 4.25 feet of the
aforesaid easement, excepting therefrom the western 34 feet and
the eastern 113.75 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 14, 1965.
