AN ORDINANCE vacating all of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District's right, title and interest in a sewer and easement
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority
of the City of St. Louis has acquired all of the land in former
City Block 1016, now redesignated as City Block 1949, and
WHEREAS, there exists a private sewer in an easement in
Lot 37 of said City Block, which sewer and easement are no longer
needed by this District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. All of the District's right, title and
interest in the following described easement, together with the
sewer lying therein, are hereby vacated, to wit:
That sewer and easement described in instrument
recorded in Book 1665 Page 36 of the City of St. Louis Records,
which sewer and easement are further described as lying in Lot 37,
former City Block 1016, presently redesignated as City Block 1949
of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 29, 1965.
