AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1329 adopted May 10, 1965, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 258 (Peach Tree Court) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1329, adopted May 10, 1965,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 258 (Peach Tree Court) as set forth in Section Two
thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Eddie and Park Road with the centerline of
Peach Tree Court (50 feet wide); thence southwardly along the
centerline of said Peach Tree Court to its intersection with the
northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 10 in Grantwood
Terrace Number Two as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 27 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation
and along the east line of said Lot 10 to the southeast corner
thereof; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 10 to
the southwest corner thereof; thence Northwardly along the west
line of Lots 10, 11, 12 and 13 in said Grantwood Terrace Number
Two and continuing along the northern prolongation of said west
line to the centerline of said Eddie and Park Road; thence
eastwardly along said centerline to the point of beginning, for
the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property

would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1329,
as hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 258
shall be as follows:

PEACH TREE COURT
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Gravois Road with the centerline of Eddie and Park
Road; thence northwestwardly and westwardly along the centerline
of said Eddie and Park Road to its intersection with the
centerline of Peach Tree Court (50 feet wide); thence southwardly
along the centerline of said Peach Tree Court to its intersection
with the northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 10 in
Grantwood Terrace Number Two as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 27
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 10 to the
southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line
of said Lot 10 to the southwest corner thereof; thence southwardly
along the southern prolongation of the western line of said Lot 10
to its intersection with a line parallel to and 200 feet north of
the centerline of Gravois Road, said 200 feet being measured at
right angles to said centerline; thence southwestwardly along said
parallel line a distance of 400 feet to a point; thence
southwardly along a line at right angles to the centerline of said
Gravois Road, a distance of two hundred feet, to the centerline of
Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said
Gravois Road to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1965.
