AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements; and
this District has no need for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
The west twenty (20) feet of the combined easements
totalling twenty-five (25) feet over the east twenty-five (25)
feet of Lot 23, Block 24, Glasgow Village Unit No. Thirteen, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 69, Pages 2 and 3 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 15, 1965.
