BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Seventy-nine Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($79,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property Purchase Fund to be used for the construction of a new maintenance building at 1233 North Price Road, Olivette, Missouri, including architect fees, construction costs, and all necessary expenses incidental to the work. Section Two. This ordinance being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 29, 1965.
