AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. E. Williams
Construction Co. (Inc.) for the construction of a maintenance
building and yard at 1233 North Price Road, Olivette, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director under Letting No. C-228 to J. E. Williams
Construction Co. (Inc.), as the lowest responsible bidder for the
construction of a maintenance building and yard at 1233 North
Price Road, Olivette, Missouri, pursuant to bids received and
opened on the 22nd day of July, 1965, and formally executed on the
27th day of July, 1965, by said contractor and by the Executive
Director on behalf of the District in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 29, 1965.
