HomeMy Public PortalAbout01374 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1374 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 245 (Allegro Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 245 (Allegro Lane). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 245 (Allegro Lane) shall be as follows: ALLEGRO LANE Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Spoede Hills as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 26 of the St. Louis County Records; said point also being a point on the north south centerline of the southwest quarter of Section 1, Township 45 North, Range 5 East; thence southwardly along said north south centerline to the northeast corner of Country View Estates (formerly Spoede Meadows) as recorded in Plat Book 72, Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line of said Country View Estates a distance of 141.18 feet, more or less, to said north lines intersection with the southern prolongation of a west line of property now or formerly owned by James F. and Diann M. Sheahan as recorded in Deed Book 5008, Page 583 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the West line of said Sheahan property to the south line of property now or formerly owned by George N. and Patricia S. Allemany as recorded in Deed Book 3504, Page 136 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along the south line of said Allemany property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet west of the aforesaid north south centerline of the southwest quarter of Section 1; thence northwardly along said parallel line to the south line of said Spoede Hills; thence eastwardly along the south lien of said Spoede Hills to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1965.
