AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 255 (Lambert and
Fee Fee) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 255 (Lambert and Fee Fee).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 255
(Lambert and Fee Fee) shall be as follows:

LAMBERT AND FEE FEE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of interstate Highway 70 with the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the southeastern
prolongation of the northeast line of Charles Park as recorded in
Plat Book 45, Page 30 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along said prolongation, the northeast line of
said Charles Park, and the northwestern prolongation of said
northeast line to the southernmost corner of Carmel Gardens Plat
No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 55, Page 29 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said
Carmel Gardens Plat No. 2 and along the northeastern prolongation
of said southeast line to the southernmost corner of Lindy Heights
as recorded in Plat Book 22, Page 97 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said
Lindy Heights to the easternmost corner thereof; thence north-
westwardly along the northeast line of said Lindy Heights to the
northernmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along a
straight line across Fee Fee Road to the northeast corner of Lot
17 in Fee Fee Hills Plat No. One, as recorded in Plat Book 52,
Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
the northern line of said lot 17 to the northwest corner thereof,
said point also being a point on the existing boundary line of The

Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence southwardly along
the western line of Lots 17, 16, 15 and 14 in said Fee Fee Hills
Plat No. One to its southwest corner of said Lot 14; thence
eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 14 to the western line
of Fee Fee Road; thence southwardly along the western line of said
Fee Fee Road to the northeast corner of Lot 11 in said Fee Fee
Hills Plat No. One; thence northwestwardly along the northern line
of said Lot 11 to the northernmost corner thereof, said point also
being a point on the existing boundary line of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District;
thence in a general southerly direction along said Sewer District
boundary line to its intersection with a line parallel with and
250 feet south of the south line of Lot 1 in aforesaid Fee Fee
Hills Plat No. One; thence eastwardly along said parallel line and
its prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of Fee Fee Road;
thence southwardly along the centerline of said Fee Fee Road to
its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line
of Lot 5 of Long Farm as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 12 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of Lot 5 to its intersection
with the existing boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District; thence southwardly along the existing boundary
line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the
centerline of Interstate Highway 70; thence eastwardly along the
centerline of said Interstate 70 to the point of beginning.
