HomeMy Public PortalAbout01376 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1376 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 275 (Stoneybrook) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 275 (Stoneybrook). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 275 (Stoneybrook) shall be as follows: STONEY BROOK Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the western prolongation of the south line of Salem Estates as recorded in Plat Book 87, page 25 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Salem Estates to the southeast corner thereof, said point also being the northeast corner of Lot 3 in Stoney Brook Lane as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page 63 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 3 to the southeast corner thereof, said point also being a point on the northern line of Clermont Park as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the northern line of said Clermont Park and along the western prolongation of said northern line to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1965.
