HomeMy Public PortalAbout01377 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1377 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 276 (Lindbergh- Denny) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 276 (Lindbergh-Denny). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 276 (Lindbergh-Denny) shall be as follows: LINDBERGH-DENNY Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the southern prolongation of the west line of Block 6 of Sunset Club Court, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 52 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard (100' wide); thence northwardly along said prolongation and along said west line and its prolongation northwardly to its intersection with the centerline of Denny Road (60' wide); thence westwardly along said centerline to its intersection with a line 115' eastwardly of and parallel with the centerline of Parkholm Road (30' wide); thence northwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the north line of property conveyed to St. Lucas Evangelical Church of Sappington, Missouri, a Corpor- ation, as recorded in Deed Book 4060, Page 434 of said Recorder's Office; thence westwardly along said prolongation and said north line to the northwest corner of said St. Lucas Evangelical Church of Sappington, Missouri, property; thence southwardly along the west line of said property and its prolongation southwardly to its intersection with the centerline of Denny Road; thence westwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the centerline of Geyer Road (30' wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of Geyer Road to its intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard in a generally southeastwardly direction along a curve to the right to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1965.
