HomeMy Public PortalAbout01380 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1380 AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 931, adopted March 7, 1963, and revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 204 (St. Joseph and Boone) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 931, adopted March 7, 1963, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 204 (St. Joseph and Boone), as set forth in Section Two thereof, the areas described as follows: 1. Beginning at a point said point being the intersection of the centerline of St. Joseph Street with the southwestern prolongation of the northwest line of property now or formerly owned by John J. Mee and wife as recorded in Deed Book 4939, page 613 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northwest line of said Mee property to the northernmost corner thereof, said point also being a point on the southwest line of property now or formerly owned by Wm. R. and Doloris J. O'Meara as recorded in Deed Book 4198, page 185 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said O'Meara property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 100 feet northwest of the centerline of Jefferson Street; thence southwestwardly along 2 said parallel line to the centerline of said St. Joseph Street; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said St. Joseph Street to the point of beginning. 2. Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the southeast line of Aubuchon Street with a line parallel with and 180 feet northeast of the centerline of St. Francois Street; thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Edward J. and Marian C. Alexander as recorded in Deed Book 4216, page 597 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation to the southernmost corner of said Alexander property; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Alexander property and continuing along the southwest lines of properties now or formerly owned by Albert R. Geisler and wife by Daily No. 133 of September 24, 1959, Robert H. Behlmann and wife by Book 3167, page 422, Alphonse E. Sadowski and wife, by Book 2794, page 52 and Aloys W. Stroer and wife by Book 2676, page 103 of the St. Louis County Records, to the westernmost corner of said Stroer property in the southeast line of aforesaid Aubuchon Street; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of Aubuchon Street to the point of beginning, for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such 3 property would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict. Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 931 as hereby amended, shall read as follows: "Section Two. JOSEPH AND BOONE Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of Statler Terrace Plat No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 86 on Page 50 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Statler Terrace Plat No. 2 Subdivision and continuing along the north line of Statler Terrace Plat No. 1 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 85 on Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, to the west line of St. Michael Hills No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 81 on Page 17 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said west line to the southwest corner of said St. Michael Hills No. 2 Subdivision; thence eastwardly and northeastwardly along the south and southeast line of said subdivision to the westernmost corner of Lot 41 in St. Michael Hills No. 3 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 75 on Page 2 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 41 and continuing along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the centerline of St. Gabrielle Drive; thence southwestwardly along said centerline to its 5 intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 45 in said St. Michael Hills No. 3 Subdivision; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along said southeast line to the southernmost corner of said Lot 45; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 45 to the west line of Lot 53 in said subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of said Lot 53 to the southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south line of Lots 53, 54 and 55 in said St. Michael Hills No. 3 Subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot 55; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 55 to the northeast corner thereof; thence northwardly along a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 49 in said St. Michael's Hills No. 3 Subdivision; thence northwardly along the east line of Lots 49 and 33 in said subdivision and continuing along the northern prolongation of the east line of said Lot 33 to the centerline of St. Louis Street; thence eastwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of Lot 31 in said St. Michael Hills No. 3 Subdivision; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 31 to the south line of Lot 55 in St. Denis Court No. 2 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 81 on Page 8 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said south line to the southeast corner of said Lot 55; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 55 and along the northern prolongation of said east line to the 6 centerline of St. Denis Street; thence westwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of Lot 56 in said St. Denis Court No. 2 Subdivision; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of Lots 56 and 67 in said subdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 67; thence northwardly along a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot 37 in said St. Denis Court No. 2 Subdivision; thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 37 to the south line of Rolling Meadows Plat No. 3 Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 86 on Page 45 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Rolling Meadows No. 3 Subdivision to the southwest corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said subdivision to the easternmost corner of property now or formerly owned by Cyril A.
