WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel called for an
examination for tho position of
Assessing Aide
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel has served a
Certification of Eligibles for Appo£ntment, dated 8/27/96
for said position; and
WHEREAS, the NJ Department of Personnel has certified that
Lisandro Villalba
is eligible for appointment to the position of
Assessing Aide
in the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
Lisandro Villalba
be and is hereby appointed to thc position of
Assessing Aide
of the Borough of Carteret from the Certification List
dated
August 27~ 1996
as provided by law, effective

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
