AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by James J. Schloemer and wife,
by instrument dated April 10, 1961, and recorded in Book 4538 page
9 of the St. Louis County Records, and lying in US Survey 1953,
T44N, R6E, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1965.
