AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
City Block 6408A of the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement ten (10) feet wide lying in
Lot 4, Germania Apartments, a subdivision of the City of St.
Louis, Missouri, the centerline of which is described as beginning
at a point on the west line of such Lot 4 at a point 37 feet more
or less, south of the north line of said Lot 4; thence eastwardly,
in a straight line, to a point of intersection on the east line of
said Lot 4 at a point 18 feet, more or less, south of the north
line of said Lot 4, excepting from such vacated portion those
portions thereof coincident with the easement in said Lot 4 which
was granted by aforesaid plat of Germania Apartments Subdivision. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1965.
