AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Ferguson, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by Robert Hofmann and Marjorie
Hofmann, his wife, by instrument dated July 1, 1965, and recorded
in Book 5734 page 311 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1965.
