AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement 10 feet wide granted by Joseph
Backlar and Rose Mary Backlar, his wife, by instrument recorded in
Book 2904 page 117 of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office,
which portion lies in Lots 63, 64, 65, 66, 67 and 68 of TEAKWOOD
PLACE NO. 3, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 102 pages 28 and
29 of the St. Louis County records; excepting therefrom those
portions thereof coincident with easements and streets granted by
said plat of TEAKWOOD PLACE NO. 3.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 15, 1965.
