AN ORDINANCE appropriating the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund to be
used for refurbishing the Hampton Avenue office building and
installing lighting fixtures in the Billing Department area.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Real Property Purchase
Fund to be used for refurbishing the Hampton Avenue office
building and installing lighting fixtures in the Billing
Department area.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1965.
