AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Three of Ordinance No.
972 adopted June 7, 1963, as amended by Ordinance No. 1022 adopted
August 28, 1963, for the purpose of both clarifying and revising
the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 53 (Grasso Lane) of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. For the purposes of clarity, and re-
vision, Ordinance No. 972, adopted June 7, 1963 as amended by
Ordinance No. 1022 adopted August 28, 1963 is hereby amended by
making the following changes in Section Three thereof,
1. By inserting the words "50 feet wide" in lines 4 and 6
after the word "Road".
2.By striking the number "175" from lines 7 and 8 and substituting
therefor the number ''157".
3.By inserting the words "as originally 40 feet wide" in lines 16
and 19 after the words "Union Road".
4.By striking the words "55' southeast of the southeast line" from
line 19 and substituting therefor the words "80' southeast of
the centerline".
5.By striking the words "south line" from line 21 and substituting
therefor the word "centerline".

6.By striking the words "northwest" from line 24 and substituting
therefor the word "westernmost".
7. By insert in line 49 after the number "10" the words "of said Creelman Hills Plat No. 3". 8. By striking the words "Book 3392 on page 366" from line 78 and substituting therefor the words "Book 2878 1 page 471".
9.By striking the word "Bayless" from lines 81, 82, 83, 85, 86,
88, 90, 92 and 93 and substituting therefor the word
"Weber".
10.By striking from lines 154, 155, 156, 157 and 158 the words
"thence southeastwardly along a line parallel to and 20' from
the northeast line of said Heidelberg Avenue to a point in
the northwest line of Lot 105 of said Block 2; thence
northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 105 to a
point 50 feet northeast of the northeast line of Heidelberg
Avenue;"
Section Two. Ordinance No. 972, adopted June 7, 1963,
as amended by Ordinance No. 1022 adopted August 28, 1963 is hereby
further amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict
No. 53 (Grasso Lane) as set forth in Section Three thereof, an
area described as follows:
The northeast 56 feet of property now or formerly owned by Rudolph
Throm as recorded in Deed Book 2688, page 240 of the St.
Louis County Records.

for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property
would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Three. Section Three of said Ordinance No. 972,
as hereby amended, shall read as follows:

Beginning at a point of intersection of the centerline of Poepping
Street, with the centerline of Morganford Road; thence
southwestwardly along said centerline of Morganford Road to its
intersection with the centerline of Weber Road, 50 feet wide;
thence southeastwardly along said centerline of Weber Road to its
intersection with the centerline of Union Road, 40 feet wide;
thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said Weber Road, 50
feet wide, 270.0 feet to a point; thence southwestwardly and
perpendicular to the centerline of said Weber Road, a distance of
157 feet to a point; thence northwestwardly along a line parallel
with and 157 feet southwest of the centerline of said Weber Road
to the northeast line of Lot 14 in Brinkop Subdivision as recorded

70 feet northwest of the easternmost corner of said Lot 14; thence
southwestwardly along a line parallel with the centerline of Union
Road to the southwest line of Lot 1 in said Brinkop Subdivision;
thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Lot 1, and
its prolongation northwestwardly to the centerline of Union Road,
as originally 40 feet wide; thence southwestwardly along the
centerline of said Union Road to a point 211.0 feet southwest of
the centerline of Debra Court, 50 feet wide; thence southeast-

wardly along a line perpendicular to said centerline of Union
Road, as originally 40 feet wide, to a point 80 feet southeast of
the centerline of said Union Road as measured along said
perpendicular line; thence southwestwardly and westwardly along a
line parallel to said centerline of Union Road, to a point in the
centerline of Seibert Avenue, 50.0 feet w|de, in Mocking Bird
Hill, Plat No. 1 as recorded in Plat Book 84 on Page 2 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly in a straight line
across Union Road to the westernmost corner of the Union Road and
Seibert Avenue intersection; thence westwardly across property
now or formerly of Edward C. Schneider as recorded in Deed Book
2313 on Page 15 of the St. Louis County Records to the
southernmost corner of property now or formerly of Joseph and
Euginie Ferris as recorded in Deed Book 1468 on Page 225 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly in a straight
line to the point of intersection of the southeast line of
Morganford Road with the northeast line of said Union Road; thence
northwestwardly across Morganford Road to the southernmost corner
of property now or formerly of Clinton R. Shattgen as recorded in
Deed Book 3529 on page 97 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Shattgen
property, and its prolongation northwestwardly, to the
southernmost corner of Lot 11 of Zlatich Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 22 on page 55 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly diagonally across said Lot 11 to the northernmost

line of Lot 10 of said subdivision to the northernmost corner of
said Lot 10; thence northwestwardly in a straight line across a
private alley, eight (8') feet wide and across property now or

589 of St. Louis County Records to the southernmost corner of Lot
2 of Creelman Hills Plat No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book 77 on Page
28 of the St. Louis County, Records; thence northwestwardly along
the southwest line of said Lot 2 to a point 30.0 feet southeast of
the southeast line of Henze Court, 50.0 feet Wide; thence
northeastwardly along a line parallel to and 30 feet east of the
east line of Henze Court in said Creelman Hills Plat No. 3, said
line being also the recorded building line to the point of its
intersection with the southernmost line of Lot 10 of said Creelman
Hills Plat No. 3; thence westwardly along said southernmost line
to the southernmost corner of Lot 10; thence westwardly in a
