AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a roadway easement
in the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of roadway
easement, and this District has no further need for such portion
of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
roadway easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the roadway easement 20 feet wide
granted by Paddock Sewer Corporation by instrument recorded in
Book 4069 page 149 of the St. Louis County Records, such portion
being that part of the southern ten (10) feet thereof extending
from the western line of Lot 156 of Gardenview Plat 3, a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 115 page 89 of the St. Louis County
Records to a point five (5) feet west of the east line of Lot 141
of such subdivision; and also the southern ten (10) feet of
aforesaid roadway easement extending westwardly from the
aforesaid western line of Lot 156 a distance of 145 feet,
and also a portion of the southern five (5) feet of aforesaid
roadway easement which portion begins at a point 225 feet west of
the aforesaid western line of Lot 156 and extends westwardly 120
feet. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 5, 1965.
