AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the Town of Des Peres, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no further need of such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: A portion of an easement
located on a tract of land in Section 35, Township 45 north, range
5 east and recorded in the St. Louis County Records in Book 3638,
page 519, in the Town of Des Peres and being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of
Lindemann Road, thirty feet wide, said point being distant
southwardly 220.00 feet along the east line of Lindemann Road from
its intersection with the south line of Manchester Road, sixty
feet wide, and thence south 75 degrees 23 minutes east 56.12 feet
to the true point of beginning of the center line of that portion
of said ten foot wide easement to be vacated; thence continuing
along said centerline south 75 degrees 23 minutes east 138.18 feet
to a point from which said centerline becomes the north line of
said ten foot wide easement; thence continuing from said point
south 75 degrees 23 minutes east 53 feet, more or less, to a point
of termination, which is the point of intersection of the east
line, of that portion of easement to be abandoned, which east line
is at right angles to the said north line of the said easement to
be abandoned and distant ten feet therefrom to the northern line
of the remaining portion of the ten foot wide easement, recorded
in Book 3638, page 519, which portion runs southwestwardly to
Lindemann Road.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 5, 1965.
