AN ORDINANCE vacating all of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District's right, title and interest in easements in
certain streets in the City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority
of Webster Groves has requested that this District vacate its
interest in the hereinafter described easements and this District
has no need for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. All of the District's right, title and
interest in the hereafter described easements are hereby vacated,
to wit:
(1) All of Osceola Avenue as platted in the subdivision
plat of Panola Heights, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 13,
page 59, of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, said Osceola
Avenue running from the north line of Kirkham Road to the south
line of Lot 4 of Block 3 of said Panola Heights Subdivision.
(2) All of that part of Summit Avenue lying within the
area of aforesaid Panola Heights Subdivision, said portion of
Summit Avenue extending from Elm Avenue westwardly to aforesaid
Osceola Avenue.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 18, 1965
