HomeMy Public PortalAbout01406 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1406 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 256 (Dillon Drive South) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 256 (Dillon Drive South). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 256 (Dillon Drive South) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 DILLON DRIVE SOUTH Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost corner of Southern Aire Plat No. 2, as recorded in Plat Book 90, page 37 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the southeast line of said Subdivision to the northernmost corner of property, now or formerly owned by F. and Edna Langensand as recorded in Deed Book 3301, page 141 of the St. Louis County records; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Langensand property and continuing along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast line to the centerline of Dillon Drive, (50 feet wide); thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said Dillon Drive to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the northeast line of property, now or formerly owned by William H. and Myrtle June Grave, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2814, page 36 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northeast line of said Grave property to the easternmost corner thereof, said point also being a point on the northwest line of Cape Rock Hills, a subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 99, page 90 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Cape Rock Hills and along the southwestern prolongation of said northwest line to a point, said point being 200 feet southwest of the westernmost corner of said subdivision, said 3 200 feet being measured along the southwestern prolongation of the northwest line; thence northwestwardly along a straight line to a point on the southeast line of Saxon Manor South, a subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 99, page 61 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being 200 feet southwest of the easternmost corner of said Saxon Manor South as measured along said southeast line; thence northeastwardly along said southeast line, a distance of 200 feet, to the easternmost corner of said Saxon Manor South, which point is also the southernmost corner of aforesaid Southern Aire Plat No. 2, the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 4, 1965.
