O R D I N A N C E NO. 1407
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 282 (Lindbergh-
Lemay Ferry Subtrunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 282 (Lindbergh-Lemay Ferry Subtrunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 282
(Lindbergh-Lemay Ferry Subtrunk) shall be as follows:

Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost corner of
Lot 21, Block 2 of Amended Poplar Court, as recorded in Plat Book
69, page 32 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 21 and
continuing along the northeastern prolongation of said southeast
line to the centerline of Druso Drive; thence northwestwardly
along said centerline of Druso Drive to its intersection with the
southwestern prolongation of the northwest line of Lot 16 in Block
1 of Poplar Court, as recorded in Plat Book 66, page 2 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the northwest line of said Lot 16 to the
northernmost corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along the
northeast line of Lots 16, 17 and 18 in said Block 1, and
continuing along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast
line to the centerline of Berview Lane; thence northeastwardly
along said centerline of Berview Lane to the centerline of Victory
Drive; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Victory
Drive to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of
the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Lebbing-
Tosie Construction Co., Inc., as recorded in Deed Book 4856, page
280 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along
said prolongation to the southeast corner of said Lebbing-Tosie

Construction Co., Inc., property; thence westwardly along the
south line of said Lebbing-Tosie property to the southwest corner
thereof, also being the most southern corner of property now or
formerly owned by Earl Raymond Smith, as recorded in Deed Book
3993, page 160 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Smith property to
the northwest line of Carondelet Commons Lot 72; thence
southwestwardly along said northwest line and its prolongation
southwestwardly across Victory Drive and continuing
southwestwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast
line of property now or formerly owned by the Marlac Corporation
Parcel No. 3, as recorded in Deed Book 5267, page 461 of the St.
Louis County Records, to the southernmost corner of said Marlac
Corporation property, said southernmost corner also being the
easternmost corner of property now or formerly owned by the Marlac
Corporation Parcel No. 2 as recorded in Deed Book 5267, page 461
of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly,
northwestwardly, southwestwardly and northwestwardly along the
southeast, southwest, southeast and southwest lines of said Marlac
Corporation property to the southwesternmost corner thereof, said
southwesternmost corner also being the southeasternmost corner of
property now or formerly owned by the Marlac Corporation Parcel
No. 1, as recorded in Deed Book 5267, page 460 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwestwardly, southwestwardly and
northwestwardly along the southwest, southeast and southwest lines

of said Marlac Corporation property to the westernmost corner
thereof, said westernmost corner also being a point on the
northeast line of a roadway (40 feet wide) established by
instrument as recorded in Deed Book 2104, page 628 of the St.
Louis County Records and known as Evergreen Lane; thence north-
westwardly along said northeast line of said Evergreen Lane and
the northwestwardly prolongation thereof to the centerline of
Lemay Ferry Road (80 feet wide); thence southwestwardly along the
centerline of said Lemay Ferry Road to its intersection with the
existing boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District; thence southeastwardly along the existing boundary line
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to its intersection
with the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by
George H. and Jean R. Parker as recorded in Deed Book 4703, page
348 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along
the southeast line of said Parker property and the northeastwardly
prolongation thereof to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard (200
feet wide); thence southeastwardly along the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard to its intersection with the southwestern
prolongation of the southeast line of property now or formerly
owned by Samuel and Marie La Role as recorded in Deed Book 1952,
page 141 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly
along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said La
Role property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of said La Role property

to the southernmost corner of property now formerly owned by
Herbert W. Fernow as recorded in Deed Book 1855, page 29 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the
southeast line of said Fernow property to the easternmost corner
thereof, said easternmost corner also being a point in the
southwest line of property now or formerly owned by Gus C. and Ann
Schumann as recorded in Deed Book 1829, page 168 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southeastwardly along said southwest line
of said Schumann property to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 125 feet southeast of the northwest line of said Schumann
property; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line a
distance of 350 feet to a point, said point being in the northeast
line of said Schumann property; thence southeast along said
northeast line to a point in said northeast line, said point being
the southernmost corner of Lot 21 of said Block 2 of Amended
Poplar Court, the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 4, 1965.
