AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 287 (Rolling
Hills West) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 287 (Rolling Hills West).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 287
(Rolling Hills West) shall be as follows:

ROLLING HILLS WEST
Beginning at the southwest corner of Rolling Hills Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 65, page 35 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along the western line of said subdivision to
the northwest corner of Lot 35 of said Rolling Hills Subdivision;
thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 35 thru 37 of said
subdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 37; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 37 and the southern
prolongation thereof to the centerline of Rolling Hills Drive (50
feet wide); thence eastwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of
Lot 33 of said Rolling Hills; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 33 to the
southeast corner thereof, said southeast corner also being a point
on the northern line of Lot 17 of said Rolling Hills Subdivision;
thence eastwardly along said northern line of Lots 17 thru 20 of
said subdivision to the northeast corner of said Lot 20; thence
southwardly along the east line of said Lot 20 and the southern
prolongation thereof to the centerline of Rolling Hills Drive (50
feet wide); thence eastwardly along said centerline to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the east line of
Lot 8 of said subdivision; thence southwardly along said northern
prolongation and along the east line of said Lot 8 to the
southeast corner of said Lot 8, said southeast corner also being a
point on the southern line of said Rolling Hills Subdivision;
thence westwardly along said southern line to the southwest corner
of Rolling Hills Subdivision, the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1965.
