AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 288 (Black Oaks
North) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 288 (Black Oaks North).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 288
(Black Oaks North) shall be as follows:
BLACK OAKS NORTH
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest corner of Lot
"A" of Black Oaks, Plat One, as recorded in Plat Book 75, page 15
of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north
line of Lots "A", 38, and 37 of said Subdivision to the northeast
corner of said Lot 37 of Black Oaks, Plat One, which point is also
the northwest corner of Lot 36 of Black Oaks, Plat Two, as
recorded in Plat Book 78, page 16 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along the north line of Lots 36 through 29 of
said Black Oaks, Plat Two, to the northeast corner of said Lot 29;
thence southwardly along the east line of Lots 29 through 26 of
said Subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot 26; thence
westwardly along the south lien of Lot 26 to the southwest corner
of Lot 26; thence northwestwardly in a straight line across
Harneywold Drive, 50 feet wide, to the southeast corner of Lot 54
of said Black Oaks, Plat Two; thence westwardly along the south
line of Lot 54 to the southwest corner thereof; thence northwardly
along the west line of said Lot 54 to the northwest corner of said
Lot 54, which point is also the southeast corner of Lot 57 of said
Black Oaks, Plat Two; thence westwardly along the south line of
Lots 57 through 62 of said Subdivision to the southwest corner of
said Lot 62 which point is also the southeast corner of Lot 63 of
aforesaid Black Oaks, Plat One; thence westwardly along the south
line of Lots 63 through 65 of said Black Oaks, Plat One, to the
southwest corner of said Lot 65; thence northwardly along the west
line of Lot 65 and continuing along the northern prolongation of
said west line to the centerline of Harneywold Drive, 50 feet
wide, thence westwardly along the centerline of said Harneywold
Drive to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the
west line of Lot "A" of said Black Oaks, Plat One; thence
northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of Lot
"A" to the northwest corner of Lot "A" of said Black Oaks, Plat
One, the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 18, 1965.
