AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 273 (Watson and
Rock Hill) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 273 (Watson and Rock Hill).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 273
(Watson and Rock Hill) shall be as follows:

WATSON AND ROCK HILL
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
northern prolongation of the western line of property now or
formerly owned by Herman Ellenberger and Lillie Ellenberger, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 1296, page 168 of the St. Louis
County Recorder's Office, with the centerline of Watson Road;
thence southwardly along said prolongation and along said western
line to the southwestern corner of said Ellenberger property;
thence eastwardly along the southern line of said Ellenberger
property to its intersection with the eastern line of property now
or formerly owned by Anthony V. Classe and Patricia Classe, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 5379, page 629 of said Recorder's
office; thence southwardly along the eastern line, westwardly
along the southern line, and northwardly along the western line of
said Classe property to its intersection with the southern line of
property now or formerly owned by Eldon Ebert and Margaret L.
Ebert, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2429, page 633 of said
Recorder's office; thence westwardly along the southern line of
said Ebert property to its intersection with the eastern line of
property now or formerly owned by Kenneth O. and Jane A. Siebert,
as recorded in Deed Book 2393, page 183 of said Recorder's office;
thence southwardly along the eastern line and westwardly along the
southern line of said Siebert property to the southwest corner
thereof; thence northwardly and eastwardly along the west and
north line of said Siebert property to the southeast corner of the
property now or formerly owned by Magnum Development Corporation,

as recorded in Deed Book 4795, page 291, of said Recorder's
office; thence northwardly along the east line of said Magnum
Development Corporation property and its prolongation northwardly
to its intersection with the centerline of Watson Road; thence
northeastwardly along the centerline of Watson Road to the point
of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1965.
