AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 280 (Rock Hill
and Grantshire) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 280 (Rock Hill and Grantshire).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 280
(Rock Hill and Grantshire) shall be as follows:

ROCK HILL AND GRANTSHIRE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Rock Hill Road with the southern prolongation of the
western line of General Grant Hills No. 1, a subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 53, page 6 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said prolongation and
along said western line to its intersection with the southern line
of Lot 12 of Siefert Subdivision, a subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 51, page 97 of said Recorder's office; thence westwardly
along said southern line to its intersection with the eastern line
of Grantshire Lane; thence westwardly across Grantshire Lane to
its intersection with the southeast corner of property now or
formerly owned by Leonard C. Barkau and Ruth Barkau, his wife, as
recorded in Deed Book 5245, page 351 of said Recorder's office;
thence westwardly along the southern line of said Barkau property
to its intersection with the eastern line of property now or
formerly owned by William F. Bobring and Elizabeth Bobring as
recorded as Parcel Two in Deed Book 1242, page 506 of said
Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said eastern line to
the northeast corner of said Bobring property; thence westwardly
along the northern line of said property, 29 feet, more or less,
to its intersection with the eastern line of Parcel 1 of said
Bobring property by said Deed Book and Page; thence northwardly
along the eastern line of said Bobring property, (Parcel 1), to
its intersection with the northern line of said property; thence
westwardly along the northern line of said Bobring property to its

intersection with the eastern line of property now or formerly
owned by Allan J. and Susan Vergere as recorded in Deed Book 867,
page 203 of said Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said
eastern line to its intersection with the southern line of
property now or formerly owned by Eldon Ebert and Margaret L.
Ebert, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2429, page 633 of said
Recorder's office; thence westwardly along the southern line of
said Ebert property to its intersection with the eastern line of
property now or formerly owned by Kenneth O. Siebert and Jane A.
Siebert, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2393, page 183 of said
Recorder's office; thence southwardly along said eastern line and
the eastern line of another parcel owned by Kenneth 0. Siebert and
Jane A. Siebert, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2750, page 97
of said Recorder's office, to its intersection with the southern
line of said last mentioned Siebert Parcel; thence westwardly
along the southern line and northwardly along the western line of
said last mentioned Siebert parcel to its intersection with the
southern line of property now or formerly owned by Kenneth 0. and
Jane A. Siebert, as recorded in Deed Book 2393, page 183, of said
Recorder's office; thence westwardly along said southern line and
its prolongation westwardly to its intersection with the
easternmost line of property now or formerly owned by Arthur S.
and Stella M. Bowman, as recorded in Deed Book 4119, page 263 of
said Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said eastern line
to a line, said line being 190 feet south of and parallel with the
north line of said Bowman property; thence westwardly along said

parallel line to the western line of said Bowman property; thence
southwardly along the western line of said Bowman property to the
most northern corner of the property now or formerly owned by
William S. Nitzsche and Josephine C. Rice as recorded in Deed Book
3616, page 107 of said Recorder's office; thence southwestwardly
along the northeast line of said Nitzsche and Rice property and
its prolongation southwestwardly to its intersection with the
centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence southeastwardly along the
centerline of Rock Hill Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1965.
