AN ORDINANCE appropriating $8,653.84 from the Operating
Funds of Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed
(Creve-Coeur Frontenac Area) for the purpose of paying Horner &
Shifrin, Consulting Engineers, $5,653.84 for engineering services
rendered in behalf of said Subdistrict, and to pay Everett
Schneider Realty Company $3,000.00 in final payment for the
purchase of a section of sewer which said Company owns and which
was needed to form an integral part of the Creve-Coeur Frontenac
Subtrunk Sewer System.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Six Hundred
Fifty-three and 84/100 Dollars ($5,653.84) is hereby appropriated
from the Operating Funds of Subdistrict No. One of the River des
Peres Watershed (Creve-Coeur Frontenac Area) to be used to pay
Horner & Shifrin, Consulting Engineers, for engineering services
rendered in behalf of said Subdistrict.
Section Two. The sum of Three Thousand Dollars
($3,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
Subdistrict No. One of the River des Peres Watershed (Creve-Coeur
Frontenac Area) to be used to make final payment to Everett
Schneider Realty Company, for the purchase of a section of sewer
owned by said Company, located in Westchester Estates, to form an
integral part of the Creve-Coeur Frontenac Subtrunk Sewer System.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1965.
