AN ORDINANCE appropriating $15,000.00 from the
Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used
to pay the contractor for additional work on the Ferguson Sanitary
Relief Sewer, Contract Letting No. C-220, said additional cost
being necessitated by compliance with the Standard Specifications
of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars
($15,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of
the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used to pay the
contractor for additional work on the Ferguson Sanitary Relief
Sewer, Contract Letting No. C-220, said additional cost being
necessitated by compliance with the Standard Specifications of the
District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1965.
