HomeMy Public PortalAbout01436 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1436 AN ORDINANCE, placing the proceeds of charges in the sum of $46,000.00 against Subdistrict No. 155 (Cady and Reasor) in the Improvement Fund, and appropriating the same sum from the Improvement Fund to be used for the costs of the Ferguson Sanitary Relief Sewer, Contract Letting No. C-220. WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 1409, the sum of Forty-six Thousand Dollars ($46,000.00) has been received by the District along with other sums due from the contractor for the sewer improvement in Subdistrict No. 155 (Cady and Reasor), and WHEREAS, the Board finds that said sum is intended for partial payment of the costs of the Ferguson Sanitary Relief Sewer, Contract Letting No. C-220, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The aforesaid sum of Forty-six Thousand Dollars ($46,000.00) shall be segregated from other money received by the District under said Ordinance No. 1409 and such segregated sum is hereby placed in the Improvement Fund. Section Two. The same sum of Forty-six Thousand Dollars ($46,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to be used for the costs of said Ferguson Sanitary Relief Sewer, Contract Letting No. C-220. Section Three. This Ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1965.
