AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the restoration of an existing warehouse on East Grand
Avenue in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director under Letting No. C-236 to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc.,
as the lowest responsible bidder, for the restoration of an
existing warehouse on East Grand Avenue in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
November, 1965, and formally executed on the 8th day of December,
1965, by said contractor and by the Executive Director on behalf
of the District in the following form:
is hereby confirmed. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1966.
