AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1204, adopted September 10, 1964, for the purpose of clarifying
the description of the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 243 (Kroeger
Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. For the purpose of clarity, Ordinance No.
1204, as adopted September 10, 1964 is hereby amended by striking
from Section Two thereof, beginning at line 19, the words "Book
4900, page 280" and by substituting therefor the words "Book 1219,
page 626": at line 21, the words "75.10 feet to the northeast
corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of Davis
property, a distance of 156.0 feet to the northwest corner
thereof"; and by substituting therefor the words "75.21 feet to a
southeast corner of property conveyed to Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Our Master by deed recorded in Book 4900, page 280;
thence westwardly along the south line of said church property a
distance of 156.0 feet to an east line of said church property;":
at line 27, the words "Book 23, page 16" and substituting therefor
the words "Book 46, page 14".
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 243
(Kroeger Drive) shall be as follows:

KROEGER DRIVE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Florissant Road with the centerline of Stein Road;
thence westwardly along the centerline of said Stein Road to its
intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of
property now or formerly owned by Dennis M. Hogan as recorded in
Deed Book 3860, page 509 and 510 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line
of said Hogan property, a distance of 220.00 feet to the northeast
corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of said
Hogan property a distance of 110.41 feet to the northwest corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of said property
and its prolongation southwardly to the centerline of said Stein
Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Stein Road, a
distance of 50 feet to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the east line of property now or formerly owned by
Irene Pott; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along
the east line of said Pott property a distance of 200 feet to the
northeast corner of said Pott property; thence westwardly along
the north line of said Pott property; a distance of 100 feet to
the east line of property now or formerly owned by Joseph and
Stella Davis as recorded in Deed Book 1219, page 626 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the east line of
said Davis property, a distance of 75.21 feet to a southeast
corner of property conveyed to Evangelical Lutheran Church of Our

Master, by deed recorded in Book 4900, page 280; thence westwardly
along the south line of said church property, a distance of 156.0
feet to an east line of said church property; thence southwardly
along the east line of said property and its prolongation
southwardly to the centerline of said Stein Road; thence
westwardly along the centerline of said Stein Road to its
intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of
lot 91 of Ferguson Acres as recorded in Plat Book 46, page 14 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 91 to the
southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south line
of said Lot 91 to the northwest corner of Lot 72 in said
subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of Lot 72 and
its prolongation southwardly to the centerline of Thatcher Avenue;
thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said Thatcher
Avenue to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of
the southwest line of Lot 5 in said Ferguson Acres; thence
southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southwest
line of said Lot 5 to the southwest corner thereof; thence east-
wardly along the south line of Lots 5 and 1 in said Ferguson Acres
and continuing along the eastern prolongation of said south line
to its intersection with a line parallel with and 150 feet east of
the centerline of said Florissant Road; thence northwardly along
said parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 400 feet south of the south line of Northland Hills No. 4,
Plat 5 as recorded in Plat Book 89, page 41 of the St. Louis

County Records, said south line also being the north line of
property now or formerly owned by O.E. Linsin Inc. as recorded in
Deed Book 2914, page 582 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the last described parallel line to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 300 feet east of the
centerline of said Florissant Road; thence northwardly along the
last mentioned parallel line to the north line of said Linsin Inc.
property; thence westwardly along the north line of said Linsin
property to the northwest corner thereof; thence westwardly in a
straight line to the point of beginning.
Section Three. An emergency exists within the meaning
of the Plan in that the construction is completed but the boundary
must be clarified and rendered more certain in order to issue the
tax bills in payment therefor. This is necessary in order to have
the sewers thus constructed made public, enabling the residents of
the area to connect thereto and alleviate the health nuisance
existing therein. Accordingly, this ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1966.
