AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Clayton, St. Louis County, Missouri, together with the portion of
sewer therein.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, together with the
portion of sewer therein, and such sewer is of a private nature
and serves only property of said owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement
together with the portion of sewer lying therein is hereby
vacated, and released to said property owners, to wit:
That easement as described in instrument recorded in
Book 1728, page 614 of the St. Louis County Records, which
easement lies in Lot 1, Block 2 of West Bemiston, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1966.
