AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 281 (Mosley and
Ladue) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 281 (Mosley and Ladue).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 281
(Mosley and Ladue) shall be as follows:
MOSLEY AND LADUE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Ladue Road with the centerline of Mosley Road;
thence northwardly along the centerline of said Mosley Road to the
northwest corner of lot 6 of Neffs Subdivision as recorded in Plat
Book 13, page 5 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly
along the north line of said lot 6 to the northeast corner
thereof; thence southwardly along the east line of lots 6 thru 1
in said Neffs Subdivision to the centerline of said Ladue Road,
thence westwardly along the centerline of said Ladue Road to the
point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 31, 1966.
