AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Hazelwood, St. Louis County Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such easement, and has granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide in Township 47 North,
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, granted by Mary Meyer
and Herman J. Meyer, her husband, by instrument dated April 16,
1965 and recorded in Book 5684 page 305 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 31, 1966.
