AN ORDINANCE vacating a storm water discharge easement
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner and Lessee of the subject property
have requested this District to vacate such storm water discharge
easement, and the District has been granted a satisfactory
substitute sewer easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described storm water
discharge easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That storm water discharge easement from street inlets
on Kemper Avenue over property in City Block 4735 in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, which property then comprised Lots 45 to 50
inclusive, Lots 61 to 65 inclusive and parts of Lots 59 and 60 and
which easement was recorded in Book 7192 page 44 of the City of
St. Louis Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 31, 1966.
