AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
has given this District satisfactory substitute easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. That easement five (5) feet wide over the southeast
2.5 feet of Lot 112 and the northwest 2.5 feet of Lot 111 of
Gardenview Plat 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 115, page 89
of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the
southwestern 7.5 feet thereof.
2. That easement ten (10) feet wide over the southeast
5 feet of Lot 113 and the northwest five (5) feet of Lot 112 of
aforesaid subdivision, excepting therefrom the southwestern 7.5
feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1966.
