AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 293 (Olivaire
Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 293 (Olivaire Lane).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 293
(Olivaire Lane) shall be as follows:
OLIVAIRE LANE
Beginning at a point, said point being the northeast corner of Lot
4 of Olivaire, a subdivision in St. Louis County, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 68, page 13 of the St. Louis County
Recorder's Office; thence southwardly along the east line of Lots
4, 3 and 2 of said Subdivision to the southeast corner of said Lot
2; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 2 to the
southwest corner thereof; thence northwardly along the west line
of said Lots 2, 3 and 4 to the northwest corner of Lot 4 of said
Subdivision; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lot 4 to
the northeast corner thereof, the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1966.
