AN ORDINANCE vacating all of the District's right,
title or interest in the portion of former Valentine Street
between Third and Fourth Streets, including the portion of sewer
therein, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis, by Ordinance No. 53,436
approved April 5, 1965 vacated Valentine Street between Third and
Fourth Streets; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property adjacent thereto has
requested this District to abandon any right, title or interest it
may have in such vacated portion of Valentine Street, including
the portion of sewer lying therein, which is no longer needed by
the District,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Any right, title or interest belonging to
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District in that portion of
Valentine Street lying between Third and Fourth Streets, as
vacated by the City of St. Louis, Missouri, by Ordinance No.
53436, together with the portion of sewer lying therein, is hereby
vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 6, 1966.
